KANA KAWANISHI GALLERY introduces the primary works of contemporary artists who present new interpretations of universal motifs using all phenomenological media. They established the art office in 2014, opened the gallery in 2015, moved to Kiyosumi Shirakawa in the spring of 2017, and opened a satellite space specializing in photography KANA KAWANISHI PHOTOGRAPHY in 2018. While actively participating in domestic and international contemporary art fairs, the gallery also regularly presents solo exhibitions and curated group exhibitions. The gallery space was designed by Yuko Nagayama and Associates. The gallery represents works of a wide range of artists from emerging Japanese artists to established international artists who showcase in international art festivals, including Atsushi Aizawa, Hideo Anze, Akira Fujimoto, Takeshi Fujimura, Ryoichi Fujisaki, Yoshiki Hase, Kanji Hasegawa, Tamami Iinuma, Ai Iwane, Asuka Katagiri, Junya Kataoka + Rie Iwatake, Yohei Kichiraku, Ryota Kikuchi, Jinhee Kim, Toshihiro Komatsu, Masashi Mihotani, Noritaka Minami, 鯰 [Namazu], Atsushi Okabe, Yoshiki Omote, Hiroshi Ono, Takashi Suzuki, Maija Tammi, Kenji Toma, Shinichiro Uchikura, and Matej Andraž Vogrinčič.
