The Kanazawa Utatsuyama Kogei Kobo was conceived as a facility to preserve and develop cultivated kogei (craft) in Kanazawa and promote cultural activities. In five fields of disciplines (ceramics, lacquer, dyeing, metal, glass), traineeship's are conducting daily training aiming at making their own work by following their expressions and developing their techniques.
