Yanagase Gallery is an art gallery mainly dealing in oil paintings made from the modern era to the contemporary era by Japanese painters. We started our business in 1919.
We mainly manage works of deceased great painters, such as Morikazu Kumagai(1880-1977), Yasuo Kazuki(1911-1974), Tsuguharu Foujita(1886-1968). Especially, the works of Morikazu Kumagai, such as oil paintings(more than 300 pieces), watercolor paintings, calligraphies, prints and more, are our main business.
